Home Inspection Leavenworth, Wenatchee, Chelan and Quincy- It's raining again.

On an inspection a while back I get a home with a new Master Bath remodel.  

We all like new master baths, right? Fresh tiles, back splashes and paint, right?

My first clue came on the Roof looking down.  No one really can see this except the master peeper!

We now get to this new master bath remodel and the tile shower. I wonder what is under the tile?

Now we get to the crawlspace.

Then with a little push on the belly wrap (underbelly), April Showers!

The owner, who remodeled this, saw no issue with the work performed. Who am I to make such an issue of this work?

I guess I am that meanie Leavenworth Home Inspector who obviously cannot see the intrinsic beauty that my clients get to enjoy.
