A thorough inspection of your investment by a certified, trained and licensed professional familiar with the problems found in homes located in North Central Washington.

What Will I Receive?
An easy-to-read report within 24 hrs, with color photos detailing the results of the home inspection. This extensive report may be viewed from an Internet connection or can be provided to you in printed form.

How Long Does the Inspection Take?
The thorough inspection typically lasts three hours or more, depending on the size, condition and age of the home. I will not rush through the inspection. 

May I Attend?
Yes, you are welcome and encouraged to be present and ask questions when the inspection takes place.

Is Your Company Insured?
Yes, North Central Washington Home Inspections, LLC is licensed by the state and fully insured for liability, errors & omissions.

When Will I See The Results?
Once again, you will receive your report with in 24 hours of the inspection. To ensure that informations is accurate and thorough I do not rush my reports. Some inspectors claim they can produce reports in a hour or so.  While report writing is not the most enjoyable part of the job it must be done right.
