New Construction

Here is a newly constructed home. On the south side of the home there are three kick-outs from the foundation. The contractor forgot (I assume) to apply the sheeting under these kick-outs, leaving exposed insulation perfect for those little friends to nest in. The kitchen had a disposal but it was not connected to power. It was a nice disposal with the cord hanging down though!
